WHAT SHIPPING OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE?

Thunder Bay Orders

Pickup is offered in the Sherwood Estates neighbourhood. When your order is ready, I will send you an email to arrange a contactless pickup at your earliest convenience.

Local delivery is a flat fee of $5. Your order may be sent via mail or dropped off right to your door. This ultimately depends on your location and the size of your order! If you want more information about how a specific order will be delivered, please contact me.

 

Canada-wide delivery

Domestic shipping is calculated by weight (ranges between $5 and $13). Lighter orders are defaulted to untracked shipping ($5) but can be upgraded to tracked shipping for a $13 flat rate. Heavier orders will ship for $13 and come with a tracking number.

I am not liable for any lost, missing, or stolen packages. Once it’s out of my hands, there’s nothing I can do. If a package goes missing, I recommend contacting Canada Post to open a case.

International delivery

International delivery fees are calculated by weight (ranges between $10 and $17). Lighter orders are defaulted to untracked shipping for $10 but can be upgraded to tracked shipping for a $17 flat rate. Heavier orders will ship for $17 and come with a tracking number.


Tracked shipping is free ANYWHERE if you spend over $100 CAD!
 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED OUT?

Processing time for your order is up to 10 business days. Sometimes I have items that I make as they are ordered, so I give myself a window of 10 business days to have them out the door. It might be a lot quicker, but better to be safe than sorry!

I know it might seem like a long wait, but I'm just one person who makes and assembles everything, packages orders, runs our social media accounts, purchases inventory, designs our graphics, etc. In short: please be patient with me!
 

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ITEM?

At this moment I am not allowing any returns or exchanges.

 

"MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED!"

If this happens, please contact me immediately and include pictures. I don't mind replacing damaged items, but please be aware that small bubbles, lumps, etc. are not considered flaws. Items are handmade and imperfections are to be expected - they are not grounds for a refund or new item.

 

"MY ITEM NEVER ARRIVED!" 

Unfortunately, if you choose untracked shipping, there's nothing I can do about missing parcels. Once it leaves my house, it is no longer in my power to do anything. At that point, I would recommend contacting Canada Post to open a case. 

 

"DO YOU HAVE MORE OF... XYZ?"

If I have more of something, it will be on the website. I tend to sell out very quickly, so I recommend always setting a reminder/alarm for restock days. Once items are sold out, they are sold out until I announce they're being restocked. You can also opt-in to receive an email notification when certain items are restocked. This helps me judge what items to prioritize restocking, and how many to make as well!
